Five Town Football is a volunteer run organization providing children from Appleton, Camden, Hope, Lincolnville and Rockport the chance to have fun, learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership through the game of football. FTF provides each player with a uniform and the equipment required for their level as well as financial aid for those in need, ensuring that any child who wants to play football are not prohibited due to financial difficulties. In addition to providing for the players. FTF supports coaches by providing training in coaching, first aid and concussion management. Five Town Football is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community organization founded in 2005 by volunteer parents dedicated to expanding football playing opportunities in the Five Towns area. Five Town Football is a subordinate in good standing of American Youth Football, Inc. AYF is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Five Town Football is considered non-profit as well under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. American Youth Football's Federal Tax Identification Number is 20-2274181.
