Second day of jammer camp july 19th

Our second annual Combine was held during our second day of JammerCamp on July 19th 5:30 -7:30 at True Park in Hope. Coach Dan has provided last years results in the pdf links below, just email him to get your number/name combo. This years results will be posted shortly. Thank you Coach Dan!

What is a Player Combine?

Our combine helps to improve your skills in six events from the NFL Player combine: broad jump, vertical leap, 3 cone drill, 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, and the bench press (one long set). Watch the videos below for more info...

We Bench Safely!

​​​We use two Soloflex® units for very safe and smooth repetitions in the benchpress event. One long set for endurance at very low resistance (6 lbs bar for Flag, 15 lbs for JV, 20 lbs for Varsity, & 25 lbs for Middle School) will help each player have a baseline for improvement.

​Although we have a spotter, the bar is designed to stop so the athlete is not holding the resistance in the lowest position.
