Five Town Football operates football programs for children – both boys and girls – ages K-8 in the Five Towns region of Maine and it outlying communities. See below for information on our programs.

Flag Football - Grades K-1
Online registration for grades K-1 flag football is now open. Registration Fee is $35 per participant.
Registration includes a team shirt that each child keeps at season's end.

Tackle Football - Grades 1-8
Online registration for grades 1-8 tackle football is now open. Registration Fee is $100. Paid registration fee entitles your child use of a full set of equipment, practice uniforms, and game uniforms. All equipment and uniforms must be returned at season's end.

FTF uses online registration for two reasons:

About Our Online Registration Process
FTF uses online registration for two reasons:
- Allows FTF volunteers to focus on coaching rather than administrative tasks. Online Registration provides significant efficiencies in processing of registrants and maintenance of FTF's database of players.
- Allows parents the choice of paying the Registration Fee at the time of registration rather than participating in the Fast Cash Raffle sales.

Special Notice Regarding Outstanding Equipment
Any participants from last year's FTF programs still in possession of FTF equipment may not secure a spot on any team until the equipment is returned or payment is made to FTF for its loss. Arrangements for the return of outstanding equipment should be made to the VP of Football Operations.
